Ginyu Force

The Ginyu Force crew was founded in 2004 in Austria. The 5 DJs Orbb, Temujin, Evolver, Urpgor and Bowsar were spreading Drum & Bass in a Town near Vienna and got the crowd moving. After their first performances in a local club they became residents and were soon followed by a loyal fanbase. In 2005 they first played in the Austrian capital, Vienna. With 3 big events they enlarged their popularity, playing with Audio, Unknown Error, Jade and Misanthrop. At the same time they also started producing their own tracks. In 2006 Bowser released two tracks in collaboration with the german producer Term. It was also the year they broadened their horizons with Dubstep. Bowser began to produce Tracks under the alias El Haijn and soon got his first tunes released on Dubbullet Records. In 2008 it got quiet around the crew. Then Apotheist joined. Together with Bowser they reinvented the Ginyu Force. He expanded the musical spectrum of their parties with dubstep and minimal techno. At the end of the year he also release his first track together with El Haijn on Dub Bullet. Since then the Crew has created numerous Tracks in various Styles.

Kantyze

Born from a team-up of three inspired lads from the french junglist sphere (Feubo & Knockoutz), Kantyze redefines with class the french dnb sound. After a remix for la Phaze and a couple of 12″ released on various french imprints such as Drumforce or Secret Vinyl, Kantyze first self-titled Lp got released in July 2005 on their homegrown imprint m-Atome Recordings. A 12 track mixed cd engineered by Kantyze & fellow mate Chakal 900, somewhere between futuristic sounds and groove madness, it features a collaboration with Gelstat, the “Scorpio” remix by Kaos, Karl K & Jae K, and another one of the track “Break it down” by Paris’s finest Sweed & Rainmaker. In 2006, Ben joined the Missill band and Feubo & Knockoutz decided to take a break from drum n’ bass production, and decided to dedicate their spare time to m-Atome recordings management and also created a free electronica side-project called “Emergency broadcast System” with their hometown fellow music mates Supercilious & Stupid dog. In 2007, once the EBS album completed, the duo went back to their beloved dnb genre with fresh ideas, a fast-growing reputation for their home m-Atome and eventually started to work on new tracks and also some collaborations with Pyro, Proket, Morebeat, Thought, Amex, Nc 17, Allied, Future Signal & Cortex.
